When you use shipment tracking, you may enter a shipment identifier. The site sends that identifier to retrieve matching shipment information. Please do not enter passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.

Information handled automatically

• The tracking experience uses browser session storage to preserve a temporary refresh state during navigation or reloads.
• Map features may request your approximate location only when you choose a location feature in the interface.
• Map, geocoding, and routing requests may be sent to third-party providers, including OpenStreetMap-related services and OSRM, to display locations and routes.

The site does not intentionally use session storage to build a profile about you, and the current site does not include advertising cookies.

Service providers

Shipment data is retrieved through Firebase services configured for this application. Map tiles and route or address results may be provided by third-party mapping services. These providers may process technical request information under their own privacy policies.

How information is used

Information is used to provide shipment lookup, display delivery details, calculate or show routes, respond to requests, maintain site security, and improve reliability. We do not sell the information you submit through the tracking feature.

Retention and security

Temporary browser session data is normally removed when its tracking flow is complete or when the browser clears the session. Data held by service providers may be retained according to their policies and the application's operational requirements. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
